Ubisoft released The Division 2 update Y8S1.2 via patch 2.26 on May 12, adding the Capitol Anomaly Classified Assignment, a new vendor, global events, and bug fixes.

Ubisoft has released a new update for The Division 2, bringing the game to version Y8S1.2 via patch 2.26. The update introduces a new Classified Assignment called The Capitol Anomaly, which became available on May 12.

New Classified Assignment and Vendor Arrive

The patch also adds a new vendor called the Escalation Requisition Vendor. Two Global Events are scheduled: Assault from May 12 to 19 and Ambush from May 19 to 26. A Multiplier Event called Vanguard Overdrive runs from May 15 to 19, and a Season Pass XP x5 event runs from May 19 to 26. The update includes multiple bug fixes for gear, weapons, talents, and the legacy manhunt.

The update is available globally starting May 12.

Ubisoft has not confirmed any further details about the update beyond what was announced.
