The weekly software chart shows a tight race between new releases and established hits. Elden Ring Tarnished Edition debuted as the highest-selling new release with 27,604 units. Metal Gear Solid: Master Collection Vol. 2 followed closely with 26,905 total units across PS5, Switch 2, and Switch platforms.
Existing titles continue to dominate the overall rankings. Rhythm Heaven Groove remained the top-selling game overall with 34,688 units. This performance kept it ahead of the new Elden Ring release for the week.
