Capcom is marking three decades of the Resident Evil franchise with a physical event in Tokyo that offers fans a chance to see massive character displays and exclusive merchandise. The 'THE WORLD OF BIOHAZARD' 30th Anniversary Exhibition brings the series' most iconic figures into the real world for a limited time. This is the first opportunity for attendees to view original goods that are only available at the venue.
Capcom event features massive statues and exclusive merchandise
The exhibition, which runs through the anniversary period, features towering statues of key characters from the horror series. A nine-foot Lady Dimitrescu statue stands as the centerpiece, drawing attention from visitors. A life-sized Leon Kennedy figure is also on display, allowing fans to pose with the series' main protagonist.
Official merchandise exclusive to the event location is being revealed for the first time. The Biohazard 30th Anniversary Exhibition account highlighted these unique items, noting that they are not available through standard retail channels. Visitors are encouraged to attend the event to secure these limited-edition pieces.
We have been tracking Resident Evil closely and covered the life-sized Leon Kennedy statue in earlier reports. You can read more about that coverage at Life-Sized Leon Kennedy Statue Sparks Resident. The exhibition serves as a tangible celebration of the franchise's history, bridging the gap between digital gameplay and physical collectibles.
