CONSOLES

Prospice: Anomalous Logistics is a psychological horror driving and simulation game that brings survival logistics to a cursed island. The game is scheduled to launch in 2027 for , Xbox Series, and PC via . Console versions for PS5 and Xbox Series are newly announced, expanding the game's reach beyond its initial PC release. A demo is currently available for PC, allowing players to experience the core mechanics before the full launch.

Horror driving sim adds console versions alongside PC release

The game is developed by Code Wakers and published by Forklift Interactive. Players take on the role of a driver navigating treacherous terrain, including river crossings, bogs, and rocky slopes. The setting is an island cursed by the corpses of ever-rotting gods, where the world itself unravels. Players must uncover the story of humankind's ancestry through an expedition for occult knowledge.

Key features include survival logistics, where players plan routes, manage fuel, and complete deliveries across the island. Artifacts and cargo are central to gameplay, as players transport unique finds that represent fragments of humanity's forgotten hunt for the divine prey. On-foot exploration allows players to leave the safety of their truck to interact with the environment and uncover ancient secrets. The open world is hand-crafted, stretching from the coastline to the heart of the island, warped by dreams of god-husks.

Players can upgrade and adapt their vehicle to survive deeper incursions into corrupted lands. Specialized tools enable the identification, recovery, and recording of artifacts born of godly decay. The narrative positions the player as a pathfinder, witness, courier of forgotten truths, and trespasser in a place where remnants of humanity's original sin still fester. Survival, knowledge, and perhaps the key to awakening something that should remain buried are carried alongside supplies.

We looked at BrokenLore earlier while tracking Code Wakers launches, noting their consistent presence in the horror simulation space. The addition of PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series versions expands the game's reach beyond its initial PC release. The demo on PC provides a tangible preview of the survival logistics and on-foot exploration mechanics. The full game is set to arrive in 2027, offering a detailed look at a cursed island environment.
