Phantom Blade Zero has moved its launch date to October 29, 2026. The delay gives S-Game more time to polish character models and environments before the game ships.
S-Game delays action RPG launch for polished day one experience
The title is an action RPG developed by S-Game. It follows a previous release window of September 9, 2026 that the studio has now pushed back.
S-Game plans to open pre-orders this summer after showing new footage in a recent State of Play broadcast. The developer says it wants players who join on day one to receive the most complete version of the game.
The studio believes the extra weeks will help refine visuals and gameplay for launch. S-Game CEO noted that some features could have arrived through post-launch updates, but the team prefers to deliver a finished experience from the start.
Phantom Blade Zero lands on October 29, 2026. The new date gives the game more breathing room in a crowded fall lineup and avoids direct competition with other major releases like GTA 6.
