Moon Studios has pushed back the launch of No Rest for the Wicked from October 2026 to March 2027. This shift gives the developer extra time to fix gameplay performance and refine the class system. Players who planned to buy the game this fall will need to wait another five months.
Moon Studios extends development time for gameplay fixes
The action RPG will arrive on PlayStation 5 and PC via Steam at the new date. Xbox Series and Nintendo Switch 2 versions are still planned but will follow later. The delay targets a version 1.0 release that aims to polish the experience before the full launch.
The studio will run closed beta tests in the coming months to gather feedback. An open beta is scheduled for December to allow broader player testing. These testing phases are critical for the developer to tighten the class system and address performance issues.
PC players interested in the Founders Pack must act before the cutoff moves to January 1, 2027. PlayStation 5 pre-orders open in January 2026 and include the Founders Pack. This timing change affects how early supporters can secure their in-game benefits.
