Play by Play Studios has announced NBA The Run, a new 3v3 arcade streetball game. The game is set to release in June 2025. A playtest is scheduled for May 1, 2025.

NBA The Run will feature three game modes at launch: Knockout Squads, Knockout Solos, and Knockout Friends. Players can choose from over 30 NBA stars and five fictional streetball legends. The game is powered by true rollback netcode.
