Mojang has released Minecraft Bedrock update 26.21 as a hotfix on May 14 across all platforms. On consoles, the update appears as version 1.048 (1.048.000).
Hotfix targets furnace freeze and crashes
The patch addresses a freeze that occurred when opening a furnace without recipes. It also fixes several crashes during gameplay, on launch, and when clicking 'Search for people' while not signed in. A technical update ensures block traits respect experimental requirements for format_version 1.26.20 and above.
The update is available now on all platforms.
This hotfix follows the previous Bedrock release and aims to improve stability. Mojang has not confirmed any further details about future updates.
