Horror fans streaming on Disney+ may just get their wish. A sequel to the 2022 'Werewolf by Night' special could be on its way according to the latest developments at Marvel Television. This could be a big win for fans who enjoyed the different format of the first installment.

Brad Winderbaum expresses desire for follow-up to 2022 special

Brad Winderbaum, head of Marvel Television and Animation, has publicly shown great interest in seeing a follow up to 'Werewolf by Night'. He shared that he's a fan of the 'Werewolf by Night' property and would like to make a season 2 or part 2. The reason is that the format worked well with the initial special presentation.

It's early days and Disney will have to give the green light for the sequel to go ahead. Winderbaum was very clear in stating that there can't be a sequel without Disney's approval. The initial special aired in 2022 on the streaming platform. It built a fanbase.
