Levelplay has unveiled the Newtro series of liquid coolers at Computex 2026, introducing a design philosophy that prioritizes tactile interaction over digital interfaces. The lineup draws inspiration from classic audio equipment and retro computing hardware to create cooling solutions that feel more direct and familiar inside modern systems.
The Edge 360 model integrates a physical fan speed control knob directly into the pump housing, allowing users to adjust performance settings through mechanical interaction rather than software menus.
The centerpiece of the announcement is the Edge 360 model, an all-in-one liquid cooler featuring a 4.4-inch LCD display. This unit integrates a physical fan speed control knob directly into the pump housing, allowing users to adjust performance settings through mechanical interaction rather than software menus.
- Radiator Size: 360mm
- Control Type: Physical turnable fan speed knob integrated into pump housing
- Design Inspiration: Classic audio equipment, industrial controls, and retro computing hardware
- Display Model: Edge 360 with 4.4" LCD display
Technical specifications for the Edge 360 include a 360mm radiator designed to handle high thermal loads while maintaining compatibility with standard PC cases. The Edge 360 model features a 4.4-inch LCD screen for system monitoring, with detailed technical specifications yet to be released.
Levelplay stated that including an LCD display helps keep costs lower than competing all-in-one liquid coolers with similar features. This approach allows more PC enthusiasts to access customizable display technology while maintaining standard cooling efficiency and retro-inspired styling.
The Edge 360 was showcased as part of Levelplay's broader Computex 2026 presentation alongside other new offerings from the manufacturer. The Newtro series was showcased at Computex 2026, highlighting Levelplay's focus on tactile physical controls like the integrated fan speed knob.
