NetherRealm Studios may be working on Injustice 3, according to recent clues. An artist's resume at Warner Bros. Games lists the fighting game as a project. Voice actors for Superman and Aquaman also hinted at the title during a convention.

The resume suggests development is underway, though the scope and timeline remain unclear. Ed Boon, creative director at NetherRealm, previously stated the next game could be either Injustice 3 or Mortal Kombat 12. Injustice 2 was released in 2017.

If confirmed, Injustice 3 would follow the series' tradition of featuring DC Comics characters in a superhero fighting game. The franchise has been dormant for several years, making a new entry a notable possibility.

NetherRealm Studios has not officially confirmed the project. The evidence comes from an anonymous source and indirect hints, so details should be treated as unconfirmed for now.
