RUST, the developer behind the popular VR gun game Hot Dogs, Horseshoes & Hand Grenades, has announced a sequel. The new title is called Hot Dogs, Horseshoes & Hand Grenades 2. The announcement came ten years after the original H3VR was released.
Sequel includes The Facility extraction shooter mode
The sequel will include an extraction shooter component called 'The Facility'. Meta is supporting development for the Quest 3 platform. The game does not have a release window yet.
Wishlists for the game are available on Steam and the Meta Store. The developer shared the news on social media alongside a new trailer. The team wrote: "I bet most of you didn't expect THAT huh? Well, it's out of the bag. Y'all know what we've been up to."
RUST has not confirmed a launch date for H3VR2. The game is in development with Meta's backing for Quest 3.
