Viral posts on TikTok are spreading claims that a complete, playable version of Grand Theft Auto VI has leaked online. These posts drive users to torrent sites where they risk downloading malicious software instead of the game. We need to clarify what is actually happening with these files to protect your system security.
Security experts warn that viral torrent files contain malware instead of the game
The viral buzz centers on a 130GB ISO file named CYBERLEEK-build.v1.0.245.ISO. This file appears on torrent trackers with a listing that shows the main installer GTAVI_INSTALLER.exe at 0 bytes. TweakTown reports that these claims are circulating again months after earlier fake CyberLeek downloads began appearing online.

Security researchers have identified significant risks in files of this type. Malwarebytes detected a malicious gta6_installer.exe in similar downloads that acts as an information stealer. This malware targets browser passwords, cookies, and authenticated sessions to compromise user accounts.
Analysis of comparable 113GB ISO files revealed they are 99.99% padding with embedded malware. There is no verified evidence that a CyberLeek-branded download is an authentic playable build of the game. The figures presented by the hosting websites cannot be independently verified.
Users should avoid downloading these files to prevent data theft. The viral claims do not represent a genuine leak of Grand Theft Auto VI. We advise checking official channels for any future announcements from Rockstar Games.
