The expansion centers on a new area called Dizzyworld, which serves as a carnival-themed sandbox. The developers also introduced collectible Dizzy Tokens to explore within this new environment. Creative director Santiago Ferrero described the content as filled with new ways to torment NPCs.
Ferrero highlighted the company's tradition of releasing DLC on the same date each year. He noted that the previous expansion, Baadlands, launched on November 19 last year. The team is releasing Dizzyworld on that same date this year. Ferrero dared other developers to release a game on the same day, warning them to expect competition.
