Fenix has launched the LR50R V2.0 flashlight. The new model offers a maximum output of 18,000 lumens. That is an increase from the 12,000 lumens of the previous version.
New OLED display and replaceable battery
The flashlight has a maximum range of 925 yards, down from 1,040 yards. It features a new OLED display. The battery capacity has been upgraded from 58Wh to 115Wh. Runtime has increased from 58 hours to 195 hours. The battery stick is replaceable and can function as a power bank. Charging is done via two USB-C ports, one supporting 18W and the other 45W. The flashlight also includes UV light and red light modes.
Fenix is already selling the LR50R V2.0 in the US. The price is 370 USD (about $370).
The LR50R V2.0 is an update to the original LR50R. The new version brings higher output and longer runtime, though range has decreased slightly. The replaceable battery and power bank functionality add versatility.
