Bethesda Game Studios has released a new mod for Fallout 4 titled Vault 13 New Horizons. The expansion adds significant content to the base game, including new locations, quests, characters, weapons, and armor.

Modder Security95 developed the project and noted that players must install the Vault 13 base mod for the expansion to function properly. The update features voice acting for almost all main characters and introduces random encounters between Junktown and Shady Sands.

Security95 has also stated plans to recreate Fallout 1 entirely using individual locations rather than an open-world area. This future project will focus on creating distinct environments instead of a continuous map.

DSOGaming reported the release details while Nexus Mods provided the download link for the mod. The software is available globally for immediate installation by fans of the series.
