Capcom releases surprise patch with new pawn specialization and fast travel item

The update introduces a new Guardian pawn specialization that prevents oxcart raids while the pawn accompanies the player character. Capcom also added the Eternal Ferrystone as a fast travel item to streamline movement between discovered locations.

Several gameplay mechanics received direct adjustments in this release. The patch modifies Oxcart raid frequency, alters stamina consumption rates, and updates shop prices across Melve, Nameless Village, and other regions within the game world.

Numerous bug fixes address technical issues that affected player experience on all platforms. These corrections resolve pawn behavior errors, fix NPC interaction glitches, adjust enemy hit effects, and repair various visual artifacts throughout the title.

Capcom has scheduled a major update for August that will focus on performance improvements across all supported systems. The next patch will also introduce additional save slots and implement further gameplay adjustments to complement the current release.
