Pearl Abyss has released a major update for Crimson Desert, bringing the game to version 1.06.00 on all platforms. The update, numbered 1.000.271, introduces a range of new features and improvements.
New mounts and extraction feature expand gameplay
The update adds new special mounts for bears, boars, wolves, deer, mountain goats, kuku birds, iguanas, raptors, camels, lions, and tigers. A new Extraction feature allows players to recover materials used in equipment refinement. Unarmed combat skills have been added for the character Oongka. Players can now enable a display sheath option for swords. The new Sigil of Valor item makes pet dogs attack enemies. A claw machine has been added at the Laughing Marionette location. The graphics settings now include a Night Tone Mode option. The update also fixes various bugs and improves localization.
The update focuses on expanding gameplay options and customization. The new mounts and combat skills give players more ways to explore and fight. The Extraction feature adds a layer of resource management to equipment progression.
