Relic Entertainment and World's Edge have released a new downloadable content pack for Age of Empires 4 today. The update, titled Yue Fei's Legacy, launches globally on June 12, 2024. This content drop introduces a new civilization and a dedicated campaign to the strategy game.

Horse-mounted villagers and Iron Pagoda units offer new strategies

The new Jin Dynasty civilization features unique units such as the Iron Pagoda and the Meng'an Mouke Emplacement. Players can also utilize horse-mounted villagers that gather resources and construct buildings faster than standard units. The eight-mission campaign begins with the Jiankang Incident of 1127 and follows the legendary general Yue Fei.
