IO Interactive released patch 1.013 for 007 First Light on June 15, bringing the game to version 1.0.5. This update arrives shortly after the company discontinued the previous patch 1.0.4 due to significant stability issues. The new release reverts problematic changes while preserving essential quality-of-life improvements and bug fixes from the earlier version.
IO Interactive releases stability update for PC and consoles on June 15
The patch addresses critical connectivity problems that prevented players from accessing offline modes in the prior update. IO Interactive resolved multiple crashes affecting PC, PlayStation 5 Pro, and Xbox Series S platforms. These fixes target out-of-memory errors and save data corruption that hindered gameplay progression.

Performance optimizations form a major part of this release, with memory improvements designed to reduce out-of-memory crashes. The team also fixed an issue where some PCs defaulted to low-power graphics cards, which caused poor performance. Additional tweaks include corrections for DLSS upscaling settings and physics system stability.
Specific mission blockers have been removed from the campaign, including issues in ‘Against the Odds’ and ‘The Past Never Dies’. Players can now experience these sections without encountering the gameplay interruptions present in patch 1.0.4. The update is available globally for all supported platforms as of June 15.
