Realme is launching a new smartphone in India on June 10, 2025, with a massive 8,000mAh battery. The company claims the phone can last up to three days on a single charge. That endurance could appeal to users who prefer not to charge frequently.

Massive battery and durable build
The device is called the Realme P4R 5G. It runs on Android 16-based Realme UI 7.0 and is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset. The phone supports 5G connectivity and is aimed at the mid-range segment.
Specifications
- Battery capacity: 8,000mAh
- Charging speed: 45W
- Processor: MediaTek Dimensity 6300
- RAM: up to 14GB Dynamic RAM
- Storage: 256GB
Key specs include up to 14GB of Dynamic RAM and 256GB of internal storage. The display is a 144Hz panel with 1,200 nits peak brightness. A 50MP AI dual camera handles photography duties.
The phone carries an IP65 rating for dust and water resistance and meets MIL-STD-810H military-grade durability standards. It also features a 5,300 sq mm vapor chamber cooling system to manage heat during extended use. Realme says the battery should maintain more than 80% of its health after several years of use.
The Realme P4R 5G will be available in Titanium Glare, Silver Glare, and Lavender Glare color options. Pricing details have not been announced yet. The phone launches first in India.
Realme has positioned the P4R 5G as a battery-focused device in its P series. The 8,000mAh cell is significantly larger than typical mid-range phones, which often have 5,000mAh to 6,000mAh batteries. The 45W fast charging should replenish the large battery reasonably quickly.
The Realme P4R 5G is confirmed to launch on June 10 in India with a large battery, durable build, and a high-refresh-rate display. The phone's endurance claims and military-grade certification distinguish it in the mid-range 5G market.
