LYON has signed toplaner Castle from Disguised to compete for the starting top lane position. Castle will share the role with current starter Dhokla. The move comes as LYON looks to address a perceived decline in team performance.

Castle will share top lane duties with Dhokla.

Former LYON toplaner Srtty has moved to Disguised for the remainder of the year. LYON currently sits third in the LCS with a 4-1 record. The team recently had an early exit from the NA Esports World Cup Qualifiers.

LYON's general manager, Carlos 'Biblos' Gibran, said the team's level has been slipping since First Stand in Brazil. He noted that the drop in performance is not limited to the top lane. Biblos stated the organization believes the roster change will help them compete for the championship.

The swap between Castle and Srtty represents a direct roster trade between LYON and Disguised. LYON's strong regular-season record contrasts with their early tournament exit, prompting the adjustment. The team hopes the new lineup will improve their chances in upcoming competitions.
