Intel plans to release its Razor Lake client CPUs in late 2027, according to a leak from Moore's Law Is Dead. The roadmap suggests the company will use a dual-tile design for high-end desktop and HX mobile chips. These top-tier models will feature up to 52 cores built on new Griffin Cove performance cores and Arctic Wolf efficiency cores.

Razor Lake maintains pin-compatibility with the LGA 1954 socket used by its predecessor. The platform mirrors Nova Lake's GPU, HUB, and PCD tiles to ensure a smooth transition for motherboard manufacturers. A separate Razor Lake-AX variant reportedly rebrands the Nova Lake-AX project with up to 32 Xe3 cores.
