A new Diablo tabletop dungeon battler for 1-4 players is arriving in 2027 for tabletop gamers that want that Diablo experience. Diablo: Unbound has been announced by Glass Cannon Unplugged. This is an exciting new way to experience the franchise in a tabletop environment outside of just video games. Diablo: Unplugged is going to offer structured play in this cooperative or solo experience with random loot.

Glass Cannon Unplugged brings Diablo loot mechanics to tabletop
Diablo: Unbound is being developed by Glass Cannon Unplugged. They're doing it in partnership with Blizzard Entertainment. This is a way to take the action roleplaying genre and bring it into the board game arena.
The game will have three acts. Each with three levels of dungeons. It's expected to take 60-90 minutes to play a session.
You can play as four different classes in the game. Barbarian, Rogue, Paladin, and Sorceress. Each offering up different abilities to help you with dungeon crawling.
The game features random loot which will help keep things interesting. Much like the core gameplay loop in the Diablo video games.
The demo of the game will be at SPIEL Essen in Germany. It runs October 22-25. So you'll have the opportunity to check out the mechanics before the full release comes out. The official crowdfunding will be launching on Gamefound in Q1 of 2027.
