Scramble Knights Online is launching in Early Access on October 26, and it'll let you experience its 32-player battle royale mode early. This Early Access launch is important, as the game will be in Early Access for at least a year. This way, it can make sure the final game can be shaped by the community. If you want to play the knight-themed combat early, you can jump in now instead of waiting for 1.0.
Funktronic Labs game launches on Xbox Series and PC with one-year Early Access period
The game is developed by Funktronic Labs and can be played on Xbox Series consoles and PC (Steam and Microsoft Store). It's a game where you'll be competing with other players in a classic adventure setting to be the last knight standing. The developers describe it as competing for the princess's love. This makes the goal in these multiplayer sessions pretty clear.
For Early Access, you'll be getting the 1-Star area, which gives about 5 hours of unique content to explore. So, it's a starting point that will grow into the wider world. For the final 1.0 version, they aim to add 4-Star tiers. So, there would be about 40 hours of total unique content.
It can have up to 32 players in a session. This makes it a massive competitive scene. That 32-player gameplay means there can be different strategies used, and that chaotic experience we love in the battle royale genre.
Funktronic Labs will be working on testing those large-scale experiences during this Early Access period that will last at least a year. All this to make the gameplay perfect for when it launches fully.
