Concode is extending the reach of their upcoming game Graytail to include Xbox Series and PC Microsoft Store platforms, in addition to their planned platforms. This ensures that console users playing on Microsoft platforms will have direct access to the game in addition to their previously announced Steam platform launch. Now those who prefer Xbox platforms don't have to be limited to the PC platforms to get their hands on the game at launch.
Concode adds Xbox Series and Microsoft Store to the 2027 release plan
Graytail is a mystery action adventure game taking place in a 2.5D pixel art world. The story centers around a detective with a chronic headache who is tasked with a missing pilot case in the Pacific. The daughter of the missing pilot comes along for the adventure as the two try to figure out what happened on a mysterious island.
Puzzles involving physics and using environmental objects for combat are a big part of the game's mechanics. A cane and motorbike are your tools for getting around and discovering hidden secrets in the world. Distrust is a key theme in the story, and as you delve deeper the truth seems harder to find.
Concode announced the global release of Graytail for 4Q in 2027. The release will include Xbox Series and Windows PC platforms through the Microsoft Store. This comes in addition to the previously announced release window on the Steam platform for 4Q.
The announcement helps to lay out the distribution details of the Graytail game, helping console and PC users know where to get the game at launch. It's still one mystery action adventure game experience no matter which platform you're playing on. You can count on the same 2.5D pixel art presentation no matter what store you decide to use.
