Arkham Horror: The Card Game gets new expansion coming soon to Russia in early 2027. From Hobby World. This campaign has a very interesting horror aspect with a new mechanic that will shift the way investigators survive encounters.
New campaign adds blood tokens to chaos bag complicating skill checks
For cooperative story-tales enthusiasts this will be a nice new challenge for their card collection. It's a new 'Children of Blood' campaign for Second Season. This product will be available only in Russia for now, it's a region specific release.
The campaign is about investigators dealing with threats that could make them monsters. There is new blood token related mechanics being added to the game where you add them to the chaos bag. It will make skill checks much harder and even apply to investigators directly.
As per difficulty, chaos bag and location properties and enemy stats change. There is also a special reward card to unlock after finishing the campaign which will be available for other adventures. It will give buffs like strength and speed boost and health drain. It's a nice arc in this 3 related scenarios to connect the story.
