Deep Rock Galactic: Survivor arrives on PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch 2, and standard Nintendo Switch on October 7. This console launch brings the co-op shooter to a broader audience beyond the PC and mobile players who have already experienced the game. Players on home consoles and handhelds can now join the mining action without needing a high-end gaming rig.
Co-op mining shooter arrives on home consoles and handhelds with new DLC
The title comes from Funday Games and Ghost Ship Publishing, who have been rolling out platform expansions for the title. The game previously launched in Early Access on PC in February 2024. A full release followed on Xbox Series and PC in September 2025. Mobile versions for iOS and Android were released in November 2025.
A new Knockout Expansion DLC is also announced alongside the console release. This update adds the Brawler class to the roster of playable characters. It also introduces the Sandblasted Corridors biome as a new environment for players to explore.
