Xbox and Prince St. Pizza released a limited-edition pizza cutter shaped like the Lancer weapon from the upcoming game Gears of War: E-Day. The item cost $60 and sold out immediately upon release. This promotion links physical merchandise with digital rewards for fans of the franchise.

Promotion includes in-game emblem reward for pizza buyers
The pizza cutter serves as a tie-in for the game's marketing campaign. Gears of War: E-Day launches on October 6, 2026, for Xbox Series X|S, PC, and Steam. The collaboration aims to bridge the gap between pizza lovers and gamers who follow the series.
Purchasers of the pizza or a slice receive a unique code for an exclusive in-game pizza emblem. The featured food item is called The Emergence Pie, which includes spicy vodka sauce. This digital reward is available to customers who buy the pie or a slice at participating locations.
The promotion runs through November 1 at US and Canada locations. Prince St. Pizza CEO Lawrence Longo stated that the project focused on what fans would actually want rather than just branding. He noted that Gears fans and pizza lovers have been the same crowd for a long time.
