CPS PCCOOLER introduced the Fusion Core Series (FC300-CS), a modular all-in-one PC that separates the display from the computing unit. This design choice matters because it allows users to replace the screen independently without discarding the entire system. The approach targets buyers who want to upgrade their monitor or repair a broken panel without replacing the underlying computer hardware.

The FC300-CS separates the display from the computing unit via a standard VESA mount.

Modular design separates computing unit from 27-inch screen

The device consists of a dedicated PC Host and a 27-inch display connected via a standard VESA mount. The host unit houses the core processing components and connects to the screen through a single cable. This separation creates a cleaner desk setup and simplifies maintenance for the computing portion of the machine.

Specifications

  • Processor: Core Ultra 5 125U (Meteor Lake)
  • Memory: 16GB DDR5-4800 (Dual SO-DIMM, up to 5600MHz supported)
  • Storage: 512GB M.2 2280 NVMe SSD + Single SATA Gen3 port
  • Display Size: 27-inch
  • Display Resolution: 2560×1440 (2K)

Inside the PC Host, the system uses an Intel Core Ultra 5 125U processor from the Meteor Lake family. It comes with 16GB of DDR5-4800 memory installed in dual SO-DIMM slots that support speeds up to 5600MHz. Storage includes a 512GB M.2 2280 NVMe SSD and a single SATA Gen3 port for additional drives.

The attached display is a 27-inch IPS panel with a 2560×1440 resolution and a 165Hz refresh rate. It offers 350 nits of peak brightness and includes Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.2 connectivity. The processor relies on an integrated GPU for graphics output.

The product page currently lists no price or release date for the Fusion Core Series. We looked at modular PC designs earlier while tracking emerging hardware trends.
