Beelink has expanded its ME Pro line with a four-bay model that targets users needing massive local storage without sacrificing processing power. This configuration allows home lab enthusiasts and small business owners to build a high-performance network-attached storage device that doubles as a capable workstation. The transition from a single-bay design to a four-bay chassis meets the increasing need for centralized data storage using modern hardware.

Four-bay chassis supports 132TB HDDs and 256GB RAM for home labs

The new unit is built around the Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 processor, which belongs to the Strix Point family. This chip includes a Radeon 890M integrated graphics engine, providing enough graphical horsepower for light creative tasks or media transcoding alongside storage duties. The device features a modular motherboard design that facilitates easier maintenance and potential upgrades compared to typical consumer mini PCs.

Specifications

  • Processor: AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 (Strix Point)
  • Storage Capacity: 132TB (4x 3.5-inch/2.5-inch HDDs up to 30TB each)
  • M.2 Slots: 3 slots, up to 4TB each
  • Memory: 2x SO-DIMM slots, up to 256GB total
  • Network: 1x 10GbE, 1x 2.5GbE, WiFi 6, Bluetooth 5.4

Storage capacity is the primary differentiator for this model, supporting up to 132TB across four bays for 3.5-inch or 2.5-inch drives. Each bay can accommodate a single hard drive with a maximum capacity of 30TB, giving users significant flexibility in drive selection. The system also includes three M.2 slots that support NVMe SSDs up to 4TB each, offering high-speed cache or operating system storage separate from the main array.

Memory configuration includes two SO-DIMM slots with a total maximum support of 256GB, which is substantial for a device of this class. Connectivity options feature a 10GbE port for high-speed local network transfers, supplemented by a 2.5GbE port for general internet or backup connections. The rear I/O panel provides three USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A ports, one USB4 port for high-bandwidth peripherals, an HDMI 2.1 output for 4K 60Hz display, and a 3.5mm audio jack.

Pricing in China starts at CNY 4,299 for the barebone configuration, which is around $634. A pre-configured version with 32GB of RAM and a 500GB SSD is listed at CNY 7,599, or approximately $1,120. The device is currently available in China, while global launch details and international pricing remain unconfirmed but are expected soon.
