Beelink ME Pro NAS launches with 136TB storage and 10G Ethernet
PC HARDWARE

Home lab builders and storage enthusiasts now have a concrete option for an affordable, high-capacity network attached storage device with the launch of the Beelink ME Pro NAS. This new hardware targets users who need significant local storage without the premium price tag often associated with 10G networking capabilities. The device enters the market with a starting price that makes serious home server setups accessible to a broader audience.

Affordable AMD-powered home server targets storage enthusiasts

Beelink introduced the ME Pro NAS in China, positioning it as a capable -powered solution for data management. The system relies on the AMD Ryzen 7 H 255 processor, which is a Hawk Point APU featuring the Radeon 780M graphics engine. This chip shares its internal configuration with the Ryzen 7 8745H, providing a familiar performance baseline for users accustomed to that silicon.

Specifications

  • Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 H 255
  • Total Storage: 136TB
  • Networking: 10G and 2.5G Ethernet
  • Cooling: 41°C CPU under load

The storage architecture offers substantial flexibility with four M.2 slots and four SATA bays. Three M.2 slots support PCIe 4.0 x4 drives, while one slot accommodates PCIe 4.0 x1 drives, with each M.2 drive supporting up to 4TB. The four SATA bays accept 2.5-inch or 3.5-inch drives, allowing for up to 30TB per upper bay. This combination enables a maximum total storage capacity of 136TB.

Connectivity options include a 2.5G Ethernet port and a 10G Ethernet port for high-speed local network transfers. The system also integrates WiFi 6 and Bluetooth 5.4 for wireless peripherals and network access. For display and peripheral connections, the NAS provides an HDMI port supporting 4K at 60Hz, three USB 3 Gen 2 Type-A ports, one USB4 port, and a 3.5mm audio jack. Beelink reports that the cooling system maintains the CPU at approximately 41°C and the drives at 43°C under load.

Pricing for the barebone variant starts at CNY 2,739, which is approximately $403. A pre-configured model with 32GB of RAM and 500GB of storage is available for CNY 5,599, or about $824. While the device has launched in China, global availability is expected but currently lacks a confirmed release date.
