1001 Threads of Mizan supports cooperative play for one to three players, allowing friends to join the adventure together. The title is confirmed for release on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series consoles, the Nintendo Switch 2, and PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store. This multi-platform approach ensures broad accessibility across different hardware ecosystems.
MBC Game Studio CEO Daniel Engelhardt described the project as a labor of love designed to capture the spirit of timeless stories. He noted that the game aims to deliver a heroic experience that can be shared with friends through its cooperative design. A pre-alpha demo of the game will be playable at Gamescom 2026 in Cologne, Germany, from August 26 to 30.
