Ubisoft is taking The Division 2 servers offline on August 11 for an extended maintenance window. This downtime supports the rollout of the Broken Rain Incursion update, which brings new combat scenarios and gear to the game. Players should plan their gaming sessions around this scheduled interruption.
Ubisoft schedules extended maintenance for new content
The maintenance begins at 30 AM CEST, 3:30 AM EDT, and 12:30 AM PDT on August 11. Ubisoft has set a minimum downtime duration of six hours for this server reset. The update version for this maintenance is TUY8S2.3.
The Broken Rain Incursion takes place in rural Pennsylvania and pits players against the Rikers faction. This new content is available through the Broken Rain Event Pass, which runs from August 11 to August 25. The pass includes JTF-themed outfits and Exotic Caches for players to earn.
The update introduces two new Exotic weapons: the Steel & Sons ACR rifle and the Underboss SMG. PvP improvements include Heroic quality loot drops in Dark Zones and Balance Phase II adjustments. Players can expect these changes to be active once the servers come back online.
The article author noted that the downtime may last longer than usual. There is a chance that the server restoration time extends beyond the minimum six-hour window. Players should check official channels for updates on when the servers will be fully operational again.
